Juls is the writer. She graduated from SAIT in Calgary with a Travel & Tourism diploma, having also been awarded many opportunities there thanks to fantastic instructors and the Global Passport club. She’s passionate about adventure, cats, video games, and skiing. One day she’ll learn how to cook like a human, and until then, she cannot divulge any information as to what she eats all day.
Terry is a chef. After graduating from SAIT as an apprentice, he found a job at Catch & The Oyster Bar, part of the Hyatt in Calgary, and in three years moved through a variety of positions until finally landing at Sous Chef and acting Chef of the oyster bar portion of the restaurant. He applied for the Baha Mar resort in Nassau early February, and discovered barely a month later that he’d gotten the job – and his first day was in two weeks. Terry is patient, humble, witty, and as talented a cook as they come.
